Role Purpose
The Inventory Executive is responsible for handling
material inward, storage, kitting, and outward/dispatch activities. The role
ensures correct material handling, accurate inventory records, and smooth
coordination with internal teams and EMS partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle
material inward activities including unloading, quantity verification,
physical condition checks, and validation against PO, DC, and invoice.
- Coordinate
QC inspection and ensure approved materials are properly stored and
labelled with part number and quantity.
- Maintain
accurate inward and outward inventory records in Excel, Google Sheets, and
the MRP system, ensuring full traceability of part number, lot number,
quantity, supplier, invoice, project, and batch details.
- Verify
returned materials received from EMS and update return details in
inventory records.
- Execute
outward and dispatch activities by issuing materials as per approved
requests, preparing and packing materials correctly, creating DC or
invoice, and obtaining acknowledgment from receiving departments or EMS
teams.
- Support
kitting operations by checking stock availability as per BOM, informing
procurement of shortages, picking materials based on BOM, FIFO/FEFO, and
QC status, and recording kitting details with proper segregation using
bins or trays.
- Coordinate
closely with Production, Project, Procurement, R&D, Quality, and EMS
teams to provide timely updates on material availability, shortages,
replacements, and to ensure smooth material flow for projects and
production.
Skills Required
- Basic
knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations

knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and MRP systems
