Job Summary: - We are looking for a Field Application Engineer (FAE) with
5+years to support product deployment, testing, and customer integration
activities.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in telematics systems, strong
debugging skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support
the engineering team by providing feedback from field operations for
continuous product improvements.
- Conduct
field and desk testing of device and integration of product in customer
system application.
- Document
test results, issues identified, and actions taken during testing and
prepare detailed reports.
- Support
CST team members and field teams in resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate
with the R&D team to integrate feedback from field visits into future
designs and processes.
- Should
have experience in Telematics product and feature functionality.
- Good
knowledge of vehicle CAN protocols, including experience in reverse
engineering vehicle engine parameters.
- Strong
understanding of device communication protocols used in telematics
systems.
- Knowledge
of overall device functionality, with hands-on experience in performing
and validating key functional testing activities.
Qualification: -
- Problem-solving
skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic
understanding of Telematics Products and its overall functionality.
- Strong
communication skills to coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Experience
in debugging and resolving wiring or communication issues on-site.
- Knowledge
of basic circuit testing tools and equipment.
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for field visits.
