Responsibilities:
· Design and develop
the layout of printed circuit boards (PCBs) based on schematic diagrams and
project requirements.
· Interface design
proficiency including DDR SDRAM, PCIe, and Ethernet.
· Contribute to HW
schematic design, BOM preparation, and layout using tools such as Altium.
· Utilize common lab
equipment such as DMMs, Oscilloscopes, and Analyzers.
· Conduct board
bring-up tests, covering power/analog/digital, embedded controller, and power
electronics circuitries.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or
related field.
· 1 to 8 years of
experience as a PCB layout engineer.
· Tool expertise Altium.
· Setting PCB constraints, classes,
differential pairs and groups rules definition; design based on DFM "SRE
Rules”.
· Knowledge of IPC
standards such as IPC7351, IPC2221, IPC22222, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610.
· Experience creating
symbols and libraries from datasheets and coordinating with the design team to
rectify schematic errors.
· Familiar in Fabrication Files
generation and (Gerber) Support for Manufacturing.
· Familiarity with
generating 3D data and collaborating with the Mechanical team.
· Familiarity with
CAM and BOM structures, as well as PCB assembly and manufacturing processes.
