Responsibilities:
· Preparing Stock report and sharing
the same with concerned department
· Analysing & cross-checking TPM
process (Total Process management) and submit the same to Production
Department.
· Updating TPM assignment (Outward)
· Updating EMS stock details in
TPM(Inward)
· Managing Petty cash for dispatch
team on daily basis.
· Managing courier services and
tracking delivery of the product.
· Processing Bills (Sales Invoices
& E-way bills)
· Handling enquiries of customers and
inter departments on regular basis.
· Updating the daily reports in the
TPM Software database as required.
· Record shipping information.
· Coordinate for loading material and
devices.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in dispatch
coordination, or a similar role.
· Excellent communication and customer
service skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and
prioritize effectively.
· Experience in a manufacturing or
production environment.
· Knowledge of Total Process
Management (TPM) processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
