The Company is a clear market leader in its domain and after having deeply penetrated in the Indian market, now plans to consolidate its presence in the West and Central Indian market, especially with Telematics Service Providers, System Integrators, Large Enterprises and Automobile Manufacturers and also expand its presence in the global market. The industry is at its inflection point and is set for exponential growth because of the Government mandates and the need for Telematics/Mobility solutions, from the Customers’ point of view.

Responsibilities:

·       Preparing Stock report and sharing the same with concerned department

·       Analysing & cross-checking TPM process (Total Process management) and submit the same to Production Department.

·       Updating TPM assignment (Outward)

·       Updating EMS stock details in TPM(Inward)

·       Managing Petty cash for dispatch team on daily basis.

·       Managing courier services and tracking delivery of the product.

·       Processing Bills (Sales Invoices & E-way bills)

·       Handling enquiries of customers and inter departments on regular basis.

·       Updating the daily reports in the TPM Software database as required.

·       Record shipping information.

·       Coordinate for loading material and devices.

Requirements:

·       Proven experience in dispatch coordination, or a similar role.

·       Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

·       Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

·       Knowledge of Total Process Management (TPM) processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
