Fresher or Upto 1 year of Experience in Related Domain

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support the completion of joining formalities as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Aid in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all new joiners.
  • Help maintain accuracy in employee records and dossiers as per ISO standards and predefined checklists.

2. Employee Experience

  • Assist in daily employee communications and coordination.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
  • Help schedule and follow up on pre-probationary performance reviews.
  • Participate in the administration of employee pulse and Gallup surveys and consolidate feedback.

3. Administrative & Logistics Coordination

  • Ensure new joinee kits and onboarding materials are ready prior to the joining date.
  • Assist in coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for employees.
  • Maintain MIS for travel-related activities and support timely submission of related invoices to accounts.
  • Support day-to-day requirements for office stationery and other admin needs.
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of HR & Admin statutory documents and payments.
