Diploma/bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 2-8 years of experience in a technical support, desktop support, or system administration role.
· Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux and Mac OS environments, with experience in system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Certification is an added advantage.
· Experience with configuring and managing firewalls and servers.
· Experience in managing cloud infrastructure
Responsibilities:
· Should provide technical support for both hardware and software issues, specifically of systems and laptop.
· Manage the configuration and operation of computer operating systems.
· Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability activity.
· Administrate LAN / WAN infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes.
· Repair, upgrade & configure desktop computers, servers & various office peripherals
· Perform server patch maintenance, system & server backups & data archiving
· Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware & connection issues
· Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
· Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality.
· Review application logs.
· Install and test computer-related equipment
· Track, monitor, and manage IT inventory, including computers, laptops, and other hardware.
· Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, email, and other systems, ensuring compliance with company security protocols.
· Prepare & submit periodic reports & MIS.
· Responsible for quality and information security in their processes, reporting information security incidents, risk assessment and implementing the ISMS policies/procedures, as applicable.
· Any other assignment as per company requirement and assign by department HOD.
