Requirements:

•Possession of a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics is essential.

•Proficiency in technical diagnostics is mandatory.

•Effective communication abilities in both English and Hindi, both spoken and written, are required.

•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.

•Proficiency in report preparation is necessary.

•Adequate proficiency in computer operation, particularly in MS Office, is required.

•Proficiency in email communication is necessary.

Responsibilities:

•Troubleshooting device concerns on the line.

•Communication and coordination for support in case the concern is not addressed locally.

•Handling any technical queries from VECV – First level.

•Analyze RCA and prepare CAPA to implement at line.

•Preparing Technical reports for any failure.

•Participate in any Joint Investigation called for by VECV actively and update iTriangle  HQ on the findings.

•Assist in analyzing any incoming part technical concerns & coordinate for resolution.

•Assistance in any New product introduction.

Job Location: Pithampur, Baggad and Bhopal Plant.
