Qualification: 8-12 Years Of Experience In the Relevant Domain

Responsibilities:

 

·       Handling the various Projects to ensure they are delivered on time to customer satisfaction.

·       Managing & Monitoring onsite and offsite teams (L1, & L2), which includes Service Coordinators, Installation Technicians & Customer Facilitation Engineers.

·       Managing all the project agreements, PO and documents, licenses and AMC renewals are on track.

·       Pan India Integration of iTriangle GPS device as per customer requirement.

·       Ensuring SLA/TAT (The Bugs/Issues/Tickets raised are resolved)

·       Managing and driving the customer escalations.  

·       On time Technical Support for all the customers.

·       Managing the Common Layer Certificate Generations.

·       RMA Services for warranty and Non warranty devices.

·       GPS Installation and Services for enterprise customers.

·       Revenue Generation for Non-Warranty devices.

·       AMC Service enablement and Define SOP’s & Service Catalogues for customers.

·       Broadly these are the roles, however we may modify or adopt to organization requirements from time to time.
