Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics
& Communication or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) required.

Experience
Required: 3+ Years in NPI or Quality -Manufacturing.
·
Need
to have a deep/excellent knowledge about PPAP activity and all its 18 elements.
·
Deep/excellent
knowledge about Flow Chart, FMEA, SPC, MSA, AAR, Control Plan, IPC-A-610, and
ESD.
·
Need
to have good knowledge in SOP preparation.
·
Need
to have excellent knowledge about 8D, faulty tree analysis, fishbone diagram,
and 5W2H analysis.
·
Need
to have good knowledge about 7 quality tools.
·
Knowledge
about manufacturing operations (SMT, PTH, Testing and Housing/Box Building).
·
Excellent
communication skills.
·
Ability
to work independently as well as a team member.
Responsibilities:
1.
Responsible
for deploying, monitoring, and managing the QMS.
2.
Ensuring
the QMS aligns with company goals.
3.
Review
the organization’s process to ensure whether they align with the current
policies.
4.
Coordinates
with the various departments to define QMS processes for their respective
departments and manage the implementation of QMS
5.
Development
of standard operating/ working procedure and ensure timely deployment.
6.
Responsible
for setting SOP and check sheet for IQC, FQC and validation of report
7.
Responsible
for developing relevant document for inspection.
8.
Perform
ongoing risk management activities and ensure that appropriate risks mitigation
is implemented.
9.
Responsible
to conduct proper supplier validation audits with supplier support and supplier
advanced product quality planning (APQP).
10.
Responsible
for conduction PPAP activity and closure of PPAP activity.
11.
Responsible
to ensure quality of the product manufactured and service process.
12.
Lead
the implementation of supplier development strategy planed, designing the
metrics for the function and supplier performance.
13.
Manage
projects during the execution phase.
14.
Responsible
for NPI review meeting.
15.
Responsible
for preparing and presenting monthly quality yield report (Ex: incoming,
in-process).
16.
Responsible
for preparing and presenting monthly supplier performance report.
17.
Analysing
the quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement/growth. Develop
and implement solutions like corrective actions (fixing problems) and
preventative actions (stopping problems before they occur).
18. Responsible for co-ordinating with
low performance suppliers in taking action at their end.
