Key Responsibilities/Job Description
Responsibilities:

Regular / Daily reviews with the customers
·
Submitting the MIS reports as per the agreed
cadence
·
Manage, monitor and ensure the SLA / TAT agreed
with the customers are met consistently
·
Micro-Manage the activities of the team
·
Provide expert support to the team whenever
required including
·
Calling the customers / vehicle owners / drivers
for vehicle availability
·
Coordinating with the customer / vehicle OEM to
get support for getting the vehicle
·
Coordinate with the external field service
provider/s to get the issue resolved on ground
·
Verify and approve field service providers'
bills on time
·
Submit MIS reports to the ITR management at
agreed frequency
·
Ensure Team's response to customer queries in
different channel as per the agreed TAT with the customer
·
30-40% travel to customer locations
·
Responsible for Quality and Information Security
in their processes, reporting information security incidents, risk assessment
and implementing the ISMS policies/procedures, as applicable.
·
Need to perform any other responsibilities or
task assigned by the reporting manager for the betterment of the business.
