Role Overview
Looking for an IQC Executive responsible for
inspecting incoming electronic and mechanical components, ensuring quality
compliance, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting production and quality
systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform
100% Incoming Quality Inspection (IQC) of electronic and mechanical
components.
- Inspect
outward materials and verify kitted materials from a quality perspective.
- Check
components as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Create,
verify, and update BOMs based on project requirements.
- Update
ITR parts and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
- Coordinate
with the design team to resolve BOM issues and approve alternate parts.
- Identify
defective materials, inform suppliers, and follow up for replacement.
- Coordinate
with suppliers for production status and quality improvement.
- Support
wiring harness customization, prototype development, and panic button
manufacturing.
- Conduct
supplier, EMS, and customer site visits for quality inspections and
development activities.
- Maintain
Project DNA part lists and manage excess material stock.
- Support
inventory audits and ensure quality compliance of stored materials.
- Maintain
quality documentation related to ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISMS, and other
standards.
- Support
ERP system updates related to quality and supplier performance.
- Perform
any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma
/ BE / BTech in Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- 1–3
years of experience in Incoming Quality Inspection (preferred).
- Basic
knowledge of electronic and mechanical components.
- Familiar
with BOM, ERP systems, and quality documentation.
- Understanding
of ISO / IATF quality standards is an advantage.
